Sarah P.

Sarah studied at the Visual Art Institute from age 12 to 18. She was an art-focused student in the IB program at West High School, taking classes at VAI after school and also studying with local artist Fahimeh Amiri. When asked about her time at VAI, Sarah said:

“Attending VAI gave me the opportunity to explore a plethora of media and modes of expression. I grew artistically and personally from working with diverse instructors as well as sustained mentorships.”

Sarah was awarded the Susan Swartz scholarship during her high school years. She has supported the education of younger students by working at VAI as a figure academy model. She is currently taking time off from school to work and live life. Sarah is happily living in Salt Lake City, working for a great company that allows her the freedom to pursue personal art endeavors and commissioned work.
