Elise F.

Elise was a student at the Visual Art Institute from age 14 - 18. She was the Visual Arts Sterling Scholar at Murray High School in 2018. Elise was awarded a full-ride scholarship to Brigham Young University, where she studied film with an emphasis in production design. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Arts, with a minor in Visual Arts. When she was asked about her time at VAI, Elise said:

“My fondest memory of studying at VAI was Figure Academy! I loved it so much that I went every year I could. Nothing else helped me grow as much as an artist than my time there.”

Elise worked as an assistant producer for BYU Broadcasting during her college years. She lives in Salt Lake City and is currently working as an assistant producer for Fresh Living on KUTV. She also teaches children’s art classes here at the Visual Art Institute.
